Operation Soldier Care was created to fill the need by American Soldiers to simply stay warm while on duty during the cold desert nights.
We understand that soldiers are issued some of these items, but that wearing them under helmets, washing them out whenever possible and the grit of the sand wears the out pretty quickly.
