YOUR THRIFT STORE NEEDS YOU— Please give of YOUR time. Even though it is summertime, the Thrift Store is as full as ever with shoppers, but not with volunteers. Giving even a few minutes of your spare time makes the work lighter on the rest of the crew. Our Lion Raymond Crowe welcomes volunteers to sort clothes, run the cash register, straighten the store and check out electrical appliances ANY day of the week.
MEMBERSHIP NEWS— Bonita Springs Lions has proudly inducted 23 new members this Lions’ year. Keep up the GRRREAT job.

"Each morning when I open my eyes I say to myself: I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is gone, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it." Unknown
Best Wishes: PDG Bob Marker is now residing at Imperial Rehab. Please stop by to see him. |
